Industry Groups Petition Supreme Court to Hear Challenge to EPA's Interpretation of Clean Air Act

Today the American Chemistry Council (ACC) joined with other industry associations to file a joint petition seeking U.S. Supreme Court review of a lower court ruling that endorsed the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) effort to rewrite provisions of the Clean Air Act so that it could regulate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from stationary sources using the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) program.
